Permanent and Temporary Support Contracts
Our support contracts are designed to offer maximum use and flexibility of our
services to meet your specific business needs, while taking into account the size of your
business, productivity and IT systems in place. Any number of
our contractible services detailed below may be contracted under a single support
contract, for specific periods each month, whether it be the first day of every
month or the entire 2nd week of every month. No non-contractible services may
be added to our support contracts.
Our Permanent support contracts are contracted for a period of
6 or 12 months, for the specified services you have chosen to support your business
and on the days you require them. Similar to our Permanent support contracts are
our Temporary support contracts, with the single exception that
the contracted period is only for a single month, ideal if you are unsure which
of our services you require to support your business or if you would just like
to trial our services before you fully commit.
Remember, we offer a FREE no obligation initial consultation and quotation, which will allow
us to create an accurate picture of your IT infrastructure
as a whole, how it operates and its key dependencies. From here we will provide a system overview
which will include our services we recommend your business contracting allowing you
to make the right decision when choosing the services to support your business IT
infrastructure.

Contractible Services
Hardware and Software Support
This service provides full support for your end user business hardware and software
including desktop and laptop computers, external hard disk drives, office suites,
e-mail clients and specialist hardware and software your business may have in place.
This service does not provide any data network and domain support or administration.
Data Network/Domain Support and Administration
Data network now form the core of any modern business, allowing worldwide and efficient
communication with colleagues and clients and shared access to your company resources
and documents. This service is specifically designed to provide full support and
administration of all network hardware and software, including router configurations,
domain administration and data network cabling.
Standard and Bespoke Disaster Recovery Plans
There is nothing better than
being prepared for when a disaster may occur. Your server fails overnight and all work is lost,
there are no backups and no replacement server available. Your business is at a halt, with no way to access your data, meaning
your businesses profits and future may be at stake. With our disaster recovery plans,
we can ensure that your business will be back on its feet in a matter of hours and
not days. Provided with both our disaster recovery plans are replacement server
systems and data backups, with additional backup hardware and software available
for Bespoke Disaster Recovery Plan subscribers including Routers, Switches and network
cabling specific to the business.
Website Maintenance
Our website maintenance services covers full website maintenance including website
theme changes, new web page creation to full website visual and functional overhauls.
Website modifications for additional functionality and appearance including login controls, e-commerce facilities, database manipulation and new graphics created
are also available under this service. This
service is priced on individual requirements and contractible until required work
is completed.
Website Hosting
Our dedicated website hosting service allows your corporate website to be made available online.
With support for sites created in ASP, ASP.Net, Perl, PHP and support for FrontPage
Server Extensions with configurable bandwidth limits and web storage, our hosting
offers the most flexibility to your business.
Free Telephone and E-mail Support
A Free 30 minute quota of off-site telephone support every day
per month and Free unlimited e-mail support is provided as standard
when any of the above contractible services are taken under a permanent or temporary
support contract for the duration of the contract, with additional out of quota
telephone support provided at a great value additional fee. Telephone and E-mail
support cannot be taken as the only service on a support contract.

Non-Contractible Services
IT Consultation
A specialized service catering for businesses who require new IT systems designing,
developed and implemented. With this service comes our professional advice, expertise
and flexible contracts allowing us to work closely
with your organisation in order to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Projects we undertake include but are not limited to:
- Website Development, Implementation and basic Maintenance
- Database system Development, Implementation and Maintenance
- Both cabled and wireless network Design and Implementation
- Altiris?Deployment Solution?Design and Implementation

Scheduled On-Site Support
The following service offers non-contracted scheduled and on demand on-site support,
simply call us at least 2 days before you would like us on-site and we'll book you in for an on-site visit*.
2 days notice too long? Consider our Emergency on-site callout service.
Emergency On-Site Callout
Require on-site support immediately? You can call our support line and arrange for an
emergency call-out, which will be responded to within 90 minutes by an available IT engineer*. Please note that this is a premium
service and will incur higher fees.
